Promotion
Being the first 'new' Beatles album in a number of years, EMI (Australia) went all out in its marketing, with Rock 'N' Roll Music receiving some pretty heavy promotion on both TV and radio. Carrying the title "Beatlemania Is Back", EMI (Australia) produced an accompanying poster listing all in-print Beatles albums (image below, bottom right), along with bin cards. Early copies of the album also included an album-sized insert promoting the Beatles LP back-catalogue (click images immediately below for larger versions).

NB: The Magical Mystery Tour album is listed on both the insert and poster with the US catalogue number. As mentioned on the Magical Mystery Tour LP page, EMI (Australia) did not produce the LP locally until 1979, although one could buy Australian-made cassettes from 1974.
